Justin Bytnar is a seasoned REALTOR® with a rich background in both law and global business. Growing up in Monclova and graduating from Anthony Wayne High School, Justin pursued a dual major in Political Science and Psychology at Ohio Wesleyan University before earning his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.
Passionate about giving back to his community, Justin is an active volunteer Committee Chairperson for Habitat for Humanity, where his dedication was recognized with the Volunteer of the Year Award. With a mantra of "hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies," Justin approaches both his personal and professional life with optimism and determination.
Justin shares his life with his wife Samantha, who works as an engineer in the automotive industry, and their beloved mini Bernedoodle named Daphne. Together, they find joy in exploring various cuisines at local eateries like Souk, Fifth Street Pub, Swig, and Kengo and enjoying cultural attractions such as the Toledo Zoo, Toledo Art Museum, and Way Public Library. Justin's favorite natural spots include Oak Openings and Sidecut Metroparks, showcasing his appreciation for the great outdoors. Travel is another passion of Justin's, with recent adventures taking Samantha and him to picturesque locations like Bora Bora (where they tied the knot), Italy, France, and New Zealand.
Justin is a member of the Northwest Ohio REALTORS® (NOR), Ohio REALTOR®, and National Association of REALTORS®. Justin is a vital part of the locally owned brokerage firm, The Danberry Company, where he is one of over 300 real estate professionals providing customized, boutique services to area residents. The firm achieved over 4,000 transactions in addition to obtaining $2.8 billion in sales volume.
